Body for Life is the Best Summer Diet Program

The best summer diet is the diet you can continue in fall, winter and spring. Any frantic goal for short-term gains without a long-term strategy is destined to fail. So my best summer diet tip is to create  a meal plan that you can incorporate as a way of life, allowing yourself a structured amount of cheat room.

I am using a diet plan for this summer that I have used in the past. The Body-For-Life program incorporates cardio workouts and strength training with a diet balanced with proteins, complex carbohydrates and some fat. You eat up to six meals per day, each containing a lean protein and a carbohydrate, and some meals including a vegetable. The Body-For-Life web site is here.

If you devote yourself to this program, you will quickly forget all the other short-term summer diet plans. I have first-hand knowledge of how Body-For-Life can transform your physique, because it has worked for me. Granted, since the birth of my daughter I have fallen off the wagon, but with summer approaching, I think the time is right to reintroduce myself to Body-For-Life.
