The thought of eating more fiber often conjures up images of drinking thick, grainy fiber rich liquids or eating nothing but raw vegetables...but it doesn't have to be this way.

It is true that fiber is a very important part of a healthy diet. Fiber helps digestion and also helps your blood sugar level stay  steady. When eating lots of fiber, it is also important to drink lots of water. Water helps push the fiber through your system.

The good news is that you do not have to drink those grainy fiber drinks or take fiber pills in order to get your body's daily requirement of fiber. By making a few small changes in your diet, you will get what you need and it will seem almost effortless.
